The Island of Shark Man: A New Pirate Fantasy Adventure

Meet Vane and Mira in The Island of Shark Man, Heartforge Films’ upcoming pirate fantasy. See new images and follow the YouTube release.

Vane swims below the surface as a pirate ship fires its cannons above him in The Island of Shark Man.

Coming soon from Heartforge Films. Cannon fire breaks above the water while a shark man moves beneath the ship. That contrast is the first glimpse of The Island of Shark Man, an upcoming pirate fantasy adventure about cursed treasure, dangerous loyalties, and the search for freedom.

The new images introduce Vane in his element: swimming beside a wooden hull, crossing a reef, and moving through the water below a ship under fire. They offer a look at the film ahead of its planned release. Follow the official Heartforge Films YouTube channel for the premiere announcement.

A pirate treasure hunt with something more at stake

The story brings together a human navigator, a shark-man protagonist, and a pirate captain pursuing a mysterious pearl. At the center is the Tideheart Pearl, a treasure tied to the island and its curse. Captain Rourke sees a prize worth taking. For the people caught in his path, his pursuit threatens far more than a chest of gold.

That makes the island more than a destination on a map. It is a place the characters want to protect, escape, or claim. The adventure grows out of those competing desires, with the sea offering both a route to freedom and another source of danger.

Meet Vane and Mira

Vane is the shark-man at the heart of the film. The close-up below shows the visual tension in his design: a recognizable human face alongside scales, fins, and the marks of a harder life. His appearance draws attention immediately, but his choices are what connect him to the story.

Mira is a human navigator who wants control over her own future. Her path crosses Vane’s in danger, bringing two very different lives into the same struggle. Their shared desire for freedom gives the pirate adventure a personal thread alongside its pursuit, escape, and treasure.

Two sides of the same ocean

The supplied images make the film’s setting easy to read. Above the surface are ships, cannon smoke, and the threat of pursuit. Below it are reefs, filtered sunlight, and a character able to move through a world the people aboard the ships cannot see clearly.

In the featured image, both worlds share one frame. The cannons and Vane remain visible at the same time, connecting the danger on deck to the movement underwater. The other images bring us closer to his expression and physical design. Together, they introduce the film’s ocean setting without giving away how the story ends.
